Profile: This beautifully designed 4 story, 16 unit condominium building is approx. 40,000 square foot. Located directly next to Bellingham Bay presented some issues for the design. BNSF has a busy rail adjacent to the property. With the STC rating of 56+ ICF was a great choice. Combine that with the savings on building insurance by building with concrete and the owners realized ICF made the most sense. This building has mostly for stories of 6" walls except on the bay side, where due to large openings and shear the choice was 8". The building also has the distinction of being the first ICF building using the Nucor Eco-Span floor system. This is a bar joist system with a pan deck.

Profile: This 1,500 square foot cabin is located amid mountains of North Central Washington State. The cabin is situated overlooking the valley floor with expansive views of the surrounding mountain ranges. The cabin is arranged on two levels, the lower level contains the living room, dining room and kitchen as one large space. The upper level contains two bedrooms, baths and utility spaces. The two areas are defined by heavy walls forming two masses with the entry occupying the sliver of space in between. A third volume containing the garage along with the house volumes define the exterior entry courtyard.

Profile: Approx 6500 square foot commercial and residencial structure that will house a sign shop and an apartment. Being built next to busy Highway 20 and the oil refineries prompted the look at ICF. ICF became the perfect fit for this building.

Profile: This approx 2800 square foot residence is nestled above the
Skagit River valley on Bow Hill. This home features a conditioned
crawl space/basement that ranges from 8' to 16". The home is ICF to
the roof as well as the garage but he bonus room above the garage is
stick framed.

Profile: This is an approx 8000 square home on the gorgeous Icicle River. This home was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wrights "Falling Water". The house features a huge kitchen, four bedrooms, a theater, and more rocks that you can shake a stick at. The home fits beautifully into the landscape and will have a green roof. This is a total concrete home with walls, floors, and roofs all concrete. As a wise man once said, "This is the right home in the right place."

Profile:This 5500 square foot home is all concrete. 8" ICF walls,
polished concrete floors, and a concrete roof. This building is
beautifully nestled into the hillside high above Lake Washington
with gourgeous panoramic views of the lake, Mount Rainier and
Downtown Bellevue. Don't let its simple looks deceive you, this was
an extremly tough building site with a high retaining wall, narrow
lot, and access problems galore. After much research and
deliberation concrete was the only real answer for the home owners.

Profile: This 18000 sqft home is as beautiful as it is large. Set on
20 acres in Yelm this single family residence will house a large
family. The home has an approx 4500 sqft unfinished basement made
with 8" ICF and then we poured a "Lite Deck" floor above. Due to the
constraints put on us by the engineer we decided to mono pour the
basement with the first floor deck. 245 yards in 12 hours, we had 2
pumps and 10 people. The next two stories of the home were done with
6" walls. Built almost like a duplex the house has a central
kitchen, living and dining area, then the rest of the house is
divided down the center with a three car garage, 5 bedrooms and 6
baths that are mirrored on the other side of the house doubling its
number. This home has been a labor of love for the owner, especially
since he is the GC.
